We are hiring for a senior line-cook position.

General Requirements

  • Line-cook experience at named restaurants (list names of top restaurants you’ve worked at in application if you want to be considered)
  • Minimum 5-years on the line at multiple stations
  • Required availability: mornings & nights & weekends (flexible schedule)

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Line Cook in a Professional Kitchen
  • Culinary School Graduate Preferred – NOT required
  • Ability to perform as a member of a High-Performing Team
  • Passion for Food and Commitment to Excellence
  • Ability to obtain a Food Manager’s Certification

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this position is the consistent production of quality food and the required supporting tasks to achieve that goal including:

  • Preparing and executing dishes
  • Collaborating with Sous Chef to execute dishes
  • Adhere to kitchen processes
  • Other tasks as assigned

Part-Time and Full-Time positions available

Compensation: $15-17/ hour pay plus pooled tips to averaging $4-5 / hour
