A while back in December the wonderful folks at Bridges to Independence approached us about a brunch collaboration to help raise a little cash and bring families together cooking up some great food at home. We jumped at the idea and offered up our delicious French Toast Casserole…. Check out the details here:
Join Bridges on January 23 to cook with Chef Hugo of Good Company Doughnuts and Café, as he demonstrates how to create his delectable and mouthwatering, French Toast Casserole. This is your opportunity to expand your family’s culinary skills while supporting Bridges’ families. Prior to the event, you will receive a list of ingredients so you can prepare the dish alongside Chef Hugo, but consider adding your own toppings like chocolate chips, walnuts, or gummy bears!

This Month…
To help get us through a cold and blustery January, we’re offering a little Taste of Summer… lobster egg and cheese sandwiches, lobster rolls, lobster Mac & cheese remind us of summer vacations at the beach on the New Hampshire coast.
Summer doughnuts include strawberry cream, strawberry glazed, old-fashioned lemon cake, strawberry cookies & cream, and strawberry frosted lemon cake… these don’t really remind us of anything but, they make us happy!

Lunches are available between 11 am to 3 pm. Prior to 11 am, the meal is an egg & cheese sandwich.
Offer limited to one free meal per school-age child per day. Only the kids meal on offer is available for free. We will accommodate special requests as we can.
