Senior Line Cook
The primary responsibility of this position is the consistent production of quality food and the required supporting tasks to achieve that goal including:
- Preparing and executing dishes
- Collaborating with Sous Chef to execute dishes
- Adhere to kitchen processes
- Other tasks as assigned
General Requirements
- Line-cook experience at named restaurants (list names of top restaurants you’ve worked at in application if you want to be considered)
- Minimum 5-years on the line at multiple stations
- Required availability: mornings & nights & weekends (flexible schedule)
- Positive attitude and professional conduct
- Commitment to quality prepared dishes
- Physical Ability to Perform Tasks

Position Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Line Cook in a Professional Kitchen
- Culinary School Graduate Preferred – NOT required
- Ability to perform as a member of a High-Performing Team

- Ability to obtain a Food Manager’s Certification
Part-Time and Full-Time positions available. Compensation: $15-17/ hour pay plus pooled tips to averaging $4-5 / hour
Line and Prep Cook
Responsible for consistently preparing high quality food and supporting tasks.
- Min. 2 Years Line Experience (Line)
- Min. 1 Year Prep Experience (Prep)
- Knife Skills; Fast Pace; Cleanliness
- Ability to Obtain Food Manager’s Certification
Baker’s Assistant
Responsible for Assisting the Baker in Baking, Doughnut Production and Supporting Tasks
- Pastry Chef or Baker Experience Preferred
- Desire to Train as Head Baker
- Ability to Work Nights
- Reliability and Consistency are Crucial
- Ability to Work at a Fast Pace and Follow Process Without Deviation
Dishwasher
